Description

Clear glass decorated with vertical stripes of vetro a reticella of two patterns alternating with vertical pale red threads. Piriform with narrow neck with applied pincered collar, flaring towards the rim, curved spout and pincered ear-shaped handle, standing on a low foot.

History note: H.S. Reitlinger (d.1950); the Reitlinger Trust, Maidenhead, from which transferred in 1991.
