Proofs of Plates 3 and 4 (Erdman and Keynes Plates 3 and 4, Bentley Plates 6 and 7), both impressions printed in the same blue-grey ink, recto and verso, on the same single leaf of wove paper without watermark. Plate 4 has been trimmed to the design, with the upper section of text trimmed away; on the verso, hinged at the top of the sheet and laid down, is the lower half of Plate 3 including the text, while the upper section has been trimmed away including most of the design.
