Hard paste porcelain painted underglaze in blue and overglaze in red, green, yellow enamels and gold. Circular with deep rounded sides, standing on a tapering footring. The base has one spur mark. The inside is decorated with three complex brocaded reserves shaped like Oriental fans with bamboo handles and ribbons, and three other reserves all on a different brocade ground of green and yellow flower heads with three pendant motifs. A narrow blue line encircles the lower part of the bowl. The rim is gilt. The foot is decorated with a band of scroll pattern in underglaze blue. The outside has three shaped and pointed panels outlined in underglaze blue with red and gold decoration, and three green, red and gold pendant motifs.
