Description

Plaster cast of the clenched right hand and a short distance of the wrist of William Makepeace Thackeray. In elongated horse-shoe shaped box (A) covered on the outside with maroon leather, and inside with maroon silk inside the lid, and with maroon velvet around the cut out shape to enclose the plaster. Accompanied by a note.
