St Genevieve
Production: Unknown
St Genevieve, wood, carved in very high relief. St Genevieve wears a contemporary costume, including a close fitting headdress. She stands on a beast with a knobbly spine. In her left hand is a book and in the right is a lantern. The beast (the devil?) holds up a pair of bellows, as if to blow out the light.
