Roundel of boxwood, with a carved portrait of Ludwig X of Bavaria. Carved in relief but below the level of the narrow border is a bust portrait in profile facing left. The beard and moustache are long, the hair cut short under a large flat hat and the shirt has a small ruff. Over the coat with a large fur collar is worn a chain. On the reverse 'Hertzog LVDWIGGVS' is inscribed.
