Tortoise-shell, oval with miniature of a spray flowers on a mauve ground
Tortoise-shell with a miniature in enamel on copper, mounted in silver. The oval box has straight sides with moulded borders, a silver rim mount and a slightly domed pull-off lid. The oval miniature depicts a spray of flowers including roses, tulips and iris, on a mauve ground.
