Flower drawings of the Ranunculus

Album containing 41 watercolour drawings of the flower Rancunculus, laid down on vellum pages of an album bound in black Morocco leather tooled in gilt. The pages are gold edged. Inside front cover is a bookplate of the engraved achievement of arms of Henry Rogers Broughton. Drawings within ruled graphite margin. Final pages in the album show that the vellum carried drawings and inscriptions that have been later scraped out. See 'inscriptions/marks' and 'notes'.
