Long, thin piece of wood, with one end tapering to a thin wedge, and the other ending in a thick block. The surface of the object has been painted red, and there are two dowel holes that run through the object, and protrude out of the underside. The original context of this item is unclear, but it is possibly an architectural element from a building (i.e. a granary) in a funerary model. This is one of a number of objects that have previously been catalogued under a single entry: 'E.172.1903'. The collection of items all appear to derive from funerary models, and are each elements found within individual scenes, but they are not from the same model, and possibly do not derive from a single site.
