Description

Daler sketch book with black plastic over card covers. Contains 37 ff, each sheet perforated approx. 12 mm in from spine edge to facilitate removal. The following sheets have been removed: 1 following f.3; lower half of f.6; 1 following f.11; lower half of f.12; 1 following f.15; 1 following f.22; 1 following f.37. The following have been added: a sheet of paper has been attached to the inside front cover with a strip of cream coloured masking tape applied to its right-hand side. Two sheets of A4 paper, the first with holes punched in right-hand side (recto) taped to first folio sheet. F.8 and f.12 have been taped in.

Note

Landscape studies of Norweigan landscapes, many wide forested vistas backed by mountains, often with low sun. Page 22 contains a graphite study with full colour pastel, of the sun behind a peak.
