Soft-paste porcelain painted underglaze in blue. The octagonal dish has a deep oval well and stands on a wedge-shaped footring. It is painted in the centre with two Chinese figures flanking a table in a garden. The rim is painted with four trailing flower sprays.

Formerly attributed to Liverpool by Dr Bernard M. Watney, 24.10.1964, but re-attributed by him to Limehouse, 17.03.1992, following the excavation at Limehouse. Limehouse is situated 2½ miles east of London Bridge.
