Soft-paste porcelain plate, painted in underglaze blue. The circular plate has rounded sides and a wide, flat out-turned rim. It is painted in the centre with a Chinese lady standing holding a parasol, beside a large urn, in a fenced garden, the rim with three sprays of flowers growing from rockwork.
