The figure is on a shallow truncated oval base with a scrolled edge picked out with gilding. The girl sits on a yellow sheaf of corn. She is barefooted and has her hands over her lap, holding a now missing object. On her lap there is a loose heap of ears of corn and several more ears are scattered on the base around her feet. She wears a green hat with corn stalks projecting from the crown onto the brim, which is pink underneath and turned up at the front. She wears a low-necked pink dress with bows on the shoulders and elbows, and a white apron. In a set of four figures representing the Seasons.
