Hard-paste porcelain vase, decorated with insects and exotic birds in polychrome enamels.
Hard-paste porcelain vase, painted in red, yellow, green, blue, purple and brown onglaze enamels, and gilt. The slender baluster vase stands on a stepped base with a ground footring, with a short neck and flared mouth. It is painted with a continuous scene of exotic birds in a park, with a large butterfly and moth above, and pendant floral garlands below, with a band of gilt rocaillerie around the shoulders.
