Description

Paper covererd sketchbook containing 28 leaves. Covers illustrated inside and out. Front cover, outside, has six pen and brown ink sketches of reclining nude female figure, a slight graphite sketch, and a black ink ?printed mark, bottom. Inside front cover has two graphite sketches of a ?building. Inside rear cover has graphite ?plan. Outside rear cover has two sketches, one pen and brown ink, the other red pencil, of a crown. There are also faint graphite sketches of figures, and a pen and brown ink elipse. Both covers have a folded flap. The following leaves have been removed: 1 following f.22; 2 following f.23; 13 following f.24; 1 following f.25; 1 following f.26 and 1 following f.27.
