Description

Bone china transfer-printed in greyish-black, painted in grey and a little yellowish-brown enamel with Chinese Tigers, and gilt.

Bone china transfer-printed in greyish-black, painted in grey and a little yellowish-brown enamel, and gilt. Cylindrical with recessed base and plain loop handle. The sides are decorated with the 'Chinese Tigers' pattern with two beasts together on one side and another holding a ball (pearl) in its mouth on the other. There is a gilt band round the rim and an elongated stylised leaf with serrated edges down the handle.
