Gold, oval bezel, reeded at back, contains under faceted glass or paste crystal, initials 'EF' in gold thread on a background of hair. Flanking the bezel at each side is a small diamond set in silver or base metal placed in bifurcation of hoop at shoulder. Hoop formed of four scrolls bearing the inscription in white enamel: ELIZ FITZTHOMAS OB:8 : AUG :1766 Æ:64
