Gold, enamel and amethyst. Hoop composed of five scroll-shaped panels bearing the inscription reserved in black enamel on outside: MARY DUNSFORD OB:7 AUG:1741 AE:42. Rectangular bezel set with faceted amethyst, reeded at the back.
