Pottery: Unidentified Orvieto pottery
Late Medieval maiolica two-handled bowl, painted in black and green with, on the inside, two crossed pointed leaves with a trefoil leaf and wavy line in the spaces.
Two handled bowl. Buff earthenware. Tin-glazed greyish-beige on the inside; lead-glazed yellowish-brown on the exterior; base unglazed. Painted in black and copper-green.
Shape 31. Circular with uneven rim, curved sides, narrow foot and two strap handles.
Inside, within two black concentric circles, there are two crossed pointed leaves with a trefoil leaf and a wavy line in each of the spaces; on the sides, a wavy green band and a black band close to the rim.
