Description

Fragment of bowl centre. Pale red earthenware, tin-glazed white on both sides and painted in blue and yellow.
Irregularly shaped four-sided fragment.
Part of a shield charged with the arms azure a bend or charged with the three stars azure between two fleur-de-lis or. On the back there is a six-armed asterisk.

Notes

History note: Purportedly purchased in Siena by F. Leverton Harris.
