Description

Eight fragments (3 joined, 3 joined and 2 separate) of a broad-rimmed bowl. Pale red earthenware, tin-glazed white on both sides and painted in blue. In the well there are C-scrolls with a narrow and a wide band above. On the rim there is a border of scrolling foliage interrupted by 'bull's eye' motifs and a narrow band and a wide band on the outer edge. The back is decorated with radiating squiggles, crossed rhomboids and spots.
