Fragment of rim of a broad-rimmed bowl. Pale red earthenware, tin-glazed on both sides and painted in blue.
Six sided with part of the well on one side.
On the well, a narrow and a wide blue band; on the rim, a narrow blue band and part of a border of stylised foliage. On the reverse, a crossed rhomboid.
History note: Purportedly purchased in Siena by F. Leverton Harris.
