Description

17 green glazed beads with a corkscrew pattern and tubular in form. Possibly part of a faience wig for a statue. Some of the beads have an elongated edge, suggesting the end of braided hair. Faince was a type of glazed material that was commonly used in Egypt. The beads would have been made in a mould.
