Description

Figure from a model, standing with left leg extended and arms outstretched with hands clasped together. This is likely an oarsman situated at the prow of the boat, and the holes in the hands (one higher than the other) meant it would have held an oar at an angle. The figure is well-preserved with red, black and white pigments apparent, and all features easily identifiable. A chip in the figure on the right side appears to have been filled with a modern 'putty'.
