Description

Steaite scarab with hieroglyphic signs, and geometric shapes on the base. This scarab is a Ramesside imitation of early type as indicated by the way in which the body is carved and also the way in which the inscription is carved in that it is too large for the area of the base. The scarab is pierced vertically through the body.
