Stone jar
Stone alabastron, part of neck missing
Alabaster alabastron (a type of perfume/oil jar) with two small lug handles on each side of the shoulders. the bottom is rounded and there is a small rim at the top (part of which is missing). This vessel would have been made by drilling out the core of stone leaving a thin wall that is transluscent when held to the light.
