Description

Pair of carved wooden clappers, decorated with faces of Hathor atop a papyrus column with an outstretched hand. Very similar to a pair of clappers at the Met Museum (MMA 89.4.1843), however E.104a/b are of doubtful authenticity, owing to the rendering of the face of Hathor, and the awkward carving of the digits.
