Description

Proper left side from the wooden face of a coffin, with recesses for the eyes and eyebrows. One glass eye and one glass eyebrow remain in place. There a tiny amount of red pigment in the inner corner of the eye.

The skin of the face is painted yellow, overlain by red pigment on the lips and edges of the nostrils. The hair was coated with a black resinous substance, which was over-painted with a pale yellow/white pigment. There are remains of yellow detailing over this paint.
