Steatite scarab
Steatite scarab in the form of small beetle on a larger base, the base is inscribed with hieroglyphs including an image of the god Thoth in the form of a baboon, the seated man with hand to mouth determinative and a cobra. This type of smaller scarab is found in the Ramesside period. The scarab is pierced lengthways through the centre.
