Description

Faience shabti, with eyes, large wig, and holding a hoe in each hand (all detailed in black). There is a single line of inscription down the front, identifying the owner as Maatkare, the daughter of Pinedjem I. Maatkare, was a God's Wife of Amun (Divine Adoratrice) in the 21st Dynasty. On the reverse of the shabti, a basket is slung over the left shoulder.
