Fritware, mould made, coated in a turquoise glaze
Shape: seated lion, slightly lop sided, seated on a rectangular plinth.
Decoration: facial features and mane are moulded; a splash of blue is present on the rear left hand leg. Glaze covers the surface unevenly, particularly on the lower front legs and plinth.
History note: Found at Gurgan
