Pinkish-buff earthenware, tin-glazed on the exterior and very thinly on the interior; base unglazed. Painted in dark blue, green, yellow, and manganese-purple high-temperature colours, and red cold-paint.
Ovoid with flat base, short neck expanding towards the rim which is pinched at the front to form a spout, and strap handle.
On the front, within an oval yellow line and blue `ladder' frame, a rabbit regardant lies on a yellow mound beside a green pond, flanked by tufts of blue grass.
