Cream fritware painted in blue and incised under a transparent glaze

Cream fritware bowl, wheel thrown, painted in blue and incised under a transparent glaze.
Shape: Finely potted bowl with in-turned rim, bulbous body and low foot ring base.
Interior: Blue painted rim and incised decoration on central roundel comprising scrolls and radiating vertical lines.
Exterior: Incised palmettes and scrolling vegetation on upper body under a blue painted rim. Clear glaze extends to the lower body but not foot ring.
