Description

Dark reddish-brown stoneware, decorated with incised vertical and horizontal lines, and covered with uneven, translucent pale-blue ash glaze. Tall body with curved shoulders and short cylindrical neck; domed cover with a narrow flange and a mushroom-shaped knob. The rim and about 2 cm inside the neck, and the flange of the rim are unglazed.
