Glazed earthenware Toby jug. Figure of a man in a black cocked hat, long coat and knee breeches, sitting on a barrel laying on its side, a spaniel sitting at his feet. He clasps in both hands a large jug of beer. The loop handle is in the form of a branch. On a square plinth with bevelled angles, painted in manganese green and yellow.
