Pottery: unidentified London pottery
Tin-glazed earthenware painted in blue and manganese-purple with a fruit, a small bud or flower and leaves
Buff earthenware with greyish tin-glaze, painted in blue and manganese-purple. Circular with narrow sloping rim, shallow curved sides, and flat centre. Decorated in the centre with a fruit on a stalk, with two leaves above, a pair of leaves on each side, a trefoil leaf or flower and foliage below, surrounded by a manganese-purple circle. The veins on the large leaves were incised through the blue. Two manganese-purple bands encircle the inside edge of the rim. Three spur marks on the underside of the rim.
