Buff earthenware, tin-glazed and painted in blue, green, yellow, and red. Cylindrical with an applied strap handle rounded on the outside and with a broad double-pointed terminal. The sides are decorated with rocks, flowering plants and birds in Oriental style. Above there is a border of red and blue trellis diaper interupted by four panels containing a floral spray, and below, a broad blue band between narrow blue bands. The outside of the handle is decorated with a floral spray. The initials and date 'P/DA/1734' are painted in blue on the front below the top border.
