Description

Buff earthenware, thrown, tin-glazed, painted and sponged in manganese-purple. Circular with deep curved sides, standing on a footring. The inside is decorated with two concentric circles in the middle and two below the rim. The outside has a continuous landscape with a building, two sponged trees, a seated man and a standing woman pointing to the right, and a band below the rim.
