Tin-glazed earthenware painted in blue, green, yellow, red, and manganese-purple
Buff earthenware tin-glazed greyish-white and painted in blue, green, yellow, red, and manganese-purple. The tea bowl has deep curved sides and stands on a low footring. The circular saucer has shallow curved sides. Both pieces are decorated with a floral and geometric pattern related to the 'Ann Gomm' pattern.
History note: Mr S. Fenton, Cranbourn Street, London; bought from him for £1.15s. on 19 July 1909 by Dr J.W.L. Glaisher, Trinity College, Cambridge
