Wheel-thrown earthenware bowl fragments with reddish body tones, coated with cream slips and incised under yellow glazes, enhanced with green, light brown, and dark brown pigments
A:
Shape: base, short foot ring, and part of body wall of a hemispherical bowl
Interior: over a pinkish slip, an incised circle around the base encloses a blazon design of a pair of polo sticks painted with light brown, above a double incised line painted green, the lower body undecorated apart from two isolated areas of incised calligraphy, and the whole covered in a coating of yellow glaze
Exterior: yellow glaze over a thin layer of pinkish slip, also coating the outside and underside of the foot ring, undecorated

Shape: fragment of carinated lower body of a straight-sided vessel
Interior: yellow glaze applied over a cream slip, on the lower body a double incised line forms a circular medallion showing the lower part of a fleur de lys type motif on a densely spiralling scribbled ground
Exterior: yellow glaze applied thinly over a thin pinkish slip

Shape: base and section of carinated lower body standing on a straight-sided foot ring
Interior: under a yellow glaze, an interweaving six-pointed star pattern is incised through cream slip over the curving base, the interstices enhanced with light brown, dark brown and green pigments, and the whole enclosed by a double line encircling the base
Exterior: yellow glaze over a pinkish slip, undecorated

Shape: fragment of an upper body and invertedrim
Interior: yellow glaze over a cream slip, under the rim which is enhanced by a band of brown pigment, a band of s-shaped motifs alternately enhanced with dark brown glaze and thicker layer of slip creating a relief effect and paler tone under the glaze is enclosed by two incised double lines, above an area of incised calligraphy decorated with dots between the uprights, the body of the letters and dots enhanced with extra slip
Exterior: yellow glaze over cream slip, decorated with a band of calligraphy infilled with light brown pigment with incised dots around the letters enhanced with extra slip to produce a paler colour and relief effect.
Unnumbered:
Shape: base and part of lower body standing on a short, flaring foot ring
Interior: under a yellow glaze applied over a cream slip, an incised eight-pointed rosette on the base is surrounded by an interwoven basket pattern, the whole over a ground of densely scribbled spirals
Exterior: yellow glaze with some splashes of dark brown pigment over a cream slip, running under the foot ring also.
