Description

Footed tea bowl of cylindrical form and everted rim which has three vertical cuts, overlapped and rejoined. Grey brown body covered first with a Tenmoku glaze, then the rim dipped to a depth of about 17 mm in a second thick straw-ash glaze which has fired to give characteristic runs of white and blue.
