Wheel-thrown earthenware bowl fragment with reddish body tone, coated with cream slip, enhanced with areas of dark and light brown pigments, and incised under a yellow glaze
Shape: lower body of a cup with rounded walls, standing on a collared and flaring foot ring
Interior: yellow glaze over a cream slip, an interlacing pattern of arabesques and ovals roughly incised on the base is enhanced with light and dark brown pigments and appears to continue onto the lower body in two directions
Exterior: yellow glaze over a cream slip running under the foot ring, otherwise undecorated
