Pottery: Unknown
Very thin footed porcelain bowl of open form. Made on a hump mould. Relief decorated in the well with circular lattice pattern within a ring of dots, surrounded by flowers and stems within a ‘thunder‘ (key-clef) pattern ring. Probably white or celadon glaze, but due to faulty firing (or broken saggar) the piece is impregnated with carbon, giving a rough grey/black finish.
