Description

Maiolica pharmacy pot, painted in blue, green, yellow, and orange, with a group of flowers and the name of the drug `EXTRACT: CERASOR: NIGR:'.

Pharmacy pot. Earthenware, tin-glazed on the interior and exterior. The interior has a grey speckled area. Painted in greyish-blue, sage-green, yellow, and orange.
Depressed globular body with short neck and wide mouth, standing on a low foot.
On one side, below a group of flowers, the name of the drug `EXTRACT: CERASOR: NIGR:' is inscribed in greyish-blue between pairs of horizontal lines which partly encircle the jar.
