Description

Earthenware, moulded, tin-glazed and painted in blue, green, and yellow. Circular with a nine-lobed rim, deep sides, and flat centre, standing on a footring. The middle is decorated with a bust of William III wearing a yellow wig and armour, with below him, a curved stem with a tulip at either end, and above him, in blue, the inscription PVOR/KV GBT, surrounded by a garland of stylized tulips, daisy-like flowers, tendrils, and leaves.
