Description

Six fragments of a bowl. Earthenware, coated in slip and lead-glazed. Incised decoration, painted in green and yellowish-brown underglaze. In the middle, the head of a girl; in the sides trefoils on either side of a wavy line.

History note: H.S. Reitlinger (d.1950); the Reitlinger Trust, Maidenhead, from which transferred in 1991
