Yellowish buff stoneware bottle waster, with abraded monochrome beige glaze. Of squat, globular form, standing on a thickened base and foot rim. The cylindrical neck has been broken off, except for a small section on one side to which is attached the base of a handle. The interior of the foot rim and the base are unglazed
