Factory: Unidentified Staffordshire factory
White salt-glazed stoneware with scratch-blue decoration and inscription 'Esther Eacot/1753'
Off-white stoneware, thrown with two applied handles on opposing sides, and incised 'scratch-blue' decoration executed before salt-glazing. The cup is of deep bell-shaped form with two strap handles on opposing sides.
