Description

Red-brown earthenware with decoration inlaid white slip, and yellowish lead-glaze. In the form of a flat disc decorated on one side with nine Xs and stars, and on the other with the initials and date 'H W. / 1782'. The projecting mouth at the top has a circular aperture flanked by two holes to take a carrying cord.
