Potter: Unknown
Large earthenware vessel with ellipsoidal belly, high pedestal base, long tubular neck, and bowl shaped mouth. The undecorated vase was originally covered in bright green lead glaze and fired upside down. The unglazed base is slightly concave. Terracotta coloured biscuit.
The glaze has dissolved into silver iridescene in parts, and totally dissolved in others. Numerous impurities in body and glaze. Spur fragments adheres to belly.
